Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MockupsLabs website and your purchase and use of products made available by MockupsLabs. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms together with any product-specific terms, the Commercial License and the Refund Policy that apply to your purchase.

1. Digital products

MockupsLabs primarily sells digital resources for clothing brands and apparel designers. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical item is shipped. Product pages describe the files, compatibility, included resources and other current conditions applicable to each offer.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices and the currency charged are shown through the storefront and checkout. Applicable taxes, discounts and payment details are determined and displayed through the checkout where relevant. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and order information.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment errors, obvious pricing or listing errors, legal requirements or misuse of the store. If a cancelled order has already been paid and no product has been provided, the appropriate amount will be returned where required.

3. Digital access and compatibility

Digital products are provided through the access or download method communicated in the purchase flow or order communications. You are responsible for checking the product page for stated software, file-format or compatibility requirements before purchasing.

If a file is defective, corrupted or cannot be accessed because of an issue attributable to MockupsLabs, contact support so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or provide a working replacement.

4. Commercial License

Eligible MockupsLabs resources are licensed, not sold as intellectual-property ownership. Unless a product page expressly states different license terms, the MockupsLabs Commercial License applies.

Each quantity purchased grants one license for one brand. Quantity 1 licenses one brand, quantity 2 licenses two brands, and so on. A bundle purchased as one quantity licenses the included resources for one brand; it does not create one brand license per file.

The standard license is perpetual and royalty-free for the licensed brand and permits unlimited commercial final outputs for that brand, subject to the full license terms.

5. Collaboration and source files

Working files may be shared with team members, designers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and professional advisers when that access is reasonably necessary for work on the licensed brand. Those recipients do not receive an independent license and may not reuse the source resources for unrelated brands or projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or make MockupsLabs source files available as standalone resources outside the uses permitted by the Commercial License.

6. Product-specific commitments and future content

Descriptions, inclusions and commitments shown on an individual product listing form part of that offer. Future resources, updates or access are included only where the applicable product listing expressly states that they are included. MockupsLabs does not promise unspecified future content.

7. Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to the MockupsLabs Refund Policy. In general, purchases are final after the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, subject to the exceptions described there and rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or purchased resources in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another party's rights, interferes with the operation or security of the store, attempts unauthorized access, or circumvents the license restrictions that apply to the product.

9. Intellectual property

MockupsLabs retains ownership of its website content, branding and underlying digital resources except where third-party rights apply. A purchase grants only the usage rights stated in the applicable license and does not transfer ownership of MockupsLabs intellectual property.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, software platforms and external websites. Their separate terms and policies may apply to your use of those services. MockupsLabs is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

11. No guarantee of business or production results

MockupsLabs resources are tools intended to support design, planning, technical communication, sourcing research and business organization. They do not guarantee a particular commercial result, manufacturer performance, sample outcome, production quality, supplier reliability, sales level or profitability. Users remain responsible for reviewing their own designs, specifications, suppliers, samples, production decisions and business decisions.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MockupsLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital resources, including losses caused by third-party software, suppliers, manufacturers or services outside MockupsLabs' reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.

13. Suspension or termination

Access to the website or licensed resources may be restricted where reasonably necessary in response to fraud, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms or material breach of the Commercial License. Termination does not create rights to redistribute or retain source files beyond the applicable license.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, products, legal requirements or operating practices. The current version will be posted on the website with its updated date. Changes do not remove rights that have already vested under a completed purchase where applicable law or the applicable product terms prevent that result.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you based on your place of residence or other applicable law.
