Commercial License

This Commercial License applies to eligible digital products purchased from MockupsLabs unless a product page expressly states different license terms.

1. One quantity = one licensed brand

Each quantity purchased grants one commercial license for one brand. For example, quantity 1 licenses one brand, quantity 2 licenses two brands, and quantity 3 licenses three brands.

For bundles or multi-item products, one purchased quantity licenses all included assets for use by one brand. It does not create a separate brand license for every file inside the bundle.

2. License duration and royalties

The license is perpetual for the licensed brand and royalty-free. You do not owe MockupsLabs ongoing royalties for permitted commercial use under this license.

3. Permitted use

For the licensed brand, you may use the purchased resources to create unlimited commercial final outputs and products.

You may edit and adapt the files as needed for the licensed brand, subject to the restrictions below.

Tech Packs may be shared with factories and manufacturers and may be used for unlimited physical production for the licensed brand.

4. Team members, contractors and suppliers

You may share working files with people or companies that reasonably need access to perform work for the licensed brand, including internal team members, designers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, accountants and professional advisers.

Those recipients receive no independent license. They may use the files only for work performed for the licensed brand and must not reuse, redistribute or retain the files for unrelated brands or projects.

5. Additional brands

A license for one brand cannot be reused for another brand. If the same purchaser, agency, studio, designer or company wants to use a MockupsLabs resource for an additional brand, an additional quantity/license must be purchased.

6. Prohibited use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or make the original or editable source files available as standalone resources outside the permitted collaborators described above.

You may not give another brand access to the files under the same license, and you may not sell or distribute the purchased source files as your own digital resource product.

7. Ownership

Purchasing a product grants the license described here; it does not transfer ownership of MockupsLabs intellectual property or the underlying source resources.

8. Product-specific terms

If a product listing expressly includes additional future content, upgrades or special rights, those commitments apply only as stated on that product or offer. Otherwise, this Commercial License controls permitted use.
