What is MockupsLabs?
MockupsLabs is a digital resource ecosystem for clothing-brand founders and apparel designers. It connects tools for brand strategy, collection design, apparel mockups, technical development, sourcing, pricing and business organization.
Where should I start?
Start with the stage currently blocking progress. Use Start Your Brand to move through DEFINE → DESIGN → DEVELOP → SOURCE → LAUNCH and see which tools fit each stage.
Should I buy an individual tool or a bundle?
Choose an individual product when one clear task is blocking you. Choose a bundle when several connected stages need to be solved together. Compare the current systems on the Bundles page.
Are MockupsLabs products physical?
No. MockupsLabs products are digital resources. No physical garment, printed document or sample is shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
What software do I need?
Compatibility depends on the product. Current mockup products that specify editable Photoshop files require Adobe Photoshop. Brush Lab products are designed for Procreate. For other resources, use the Compatibility information on the individual product page when provided.
Where can I see exactly what is included?
Each product page contains a structured “What’s included” section when inclusion data is available. That product-level information is the source of truth rather than a copied list elsewhere on the site.

Working partners
Relevant working files may be shared with contractors, factories and other partners when needed for the licensed brand.
No redistribution
Editable/source resources may not be resold, redistributed or sublicensed as standalone resources.
What is a clothing Tech Pack?
A Tech Pack is a technical document used to organize and communicate garment specifications such as technical flats, measurements, materials, construction details, artwork placement and production notes.
Can I send a MockupsLabs Tech Pack to my factory?
Yes. Tech Packs may be shared with factories and manufacturers as needed to produce garments for the licensed brand. The factory does not receive an independent license to reuse or redistribute the MockupsLabs source template for another brand.
Does a Tech Pack guarantee a perfect sample?
No. It can improve clarity and reduce ambiguity, but sampling and production still depend on the manufacturer, pattern, measurements, materials, workmanship and quality-control process.
What is the difference between Starter, Builder and Ultimate?

Does Ultimate already include 3D Mockups?
3D Mockups are not presented as currently available. Where the Ultimate product listing explicitly includes future 3D access, that future access applies according to the offer shown at the time of purchase.
Are suppliers permanently verified or guaranteed?
No. Supplier information, contacts, capabilities, MOQs, prices and operating conditions can change. Independently verify current details before sending money, placing an order or making a production commitment.
What should I compare when evaluating a manufacturer?
Relevant factors can include garment capability, MOQ, sampling, materials, customization, lead times, pricing, payment terms, communication and quality-control approach.
How do I receive my files?
MockupsLabs products are digital. Follow the access or download instructions presented through the purchase flow and order communication. We do not promise a specific delivery speed unless it is explicitly stated and verified for that product.
What is the refund policy?
Digital purchases are generally final after access or download, with exceptions and mandatory consumer rights described in the official Refund Policy.
How do I contact support?
